Pocket Anchor · Last updated September 26, 2026
The short version: Pocket Anchor does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data, anywhere, ever. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads, and no network connection of any kind.
Nothing. Pocket Anchor does not save a record of your outings — no history, no log, no list. Each outing exists only for the moment you're using the app, then it's gone. There is nothing on your device for us, or anyone else, to access.
If you allow it, Pocket Anchor schedules a single local notification (a quiet chime) at the halfway point of a timed outing. This is handled entirely by iOS on your device and involves no server or external service.
Pocket Anchor does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information from anyone at all.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this same address with a new "last updated" date.
